Alexander Sergeyevich Morozevich is a Russian chess player. He was awarded the title of Grandmaster by FIDE in 1994.
Morozevich is a two-time World Championshipcandidate(2005, 2007)
Morozevich is considered to be one of the best blindfold chess players in the world .
He achieved many championships at the international and local levels .
In 2008 , he was the Russia's number - one player, his rating was 2788.
He is one of only a few chess players
who can claim to have been the world's number - two player.
It is no wonder Morozevich was a GM before turning 18 and once was the second rated player in the world.
